Residential pricing is flat per visit. We walk through with you once, send a written scope, and the price does not change unless you change the scope.

Written scope
Within two business days. Covers visit checklist, cadence, crew size, and flat per-visit price.
First visit review
After the first clean, owner or lead checks in to adjust scope. No contract lock-in, cancel any time.
