Service Guarantee
Fast & Friendly Cleaning has operated on the same guarantee since 2014. If a visit does not meet the scope we agreed to in writing, we come back and fix it — on us.
1. 24-hour re-clean
If any part of a visit falls short of the written scope, contact us within 24 hours. A supervisor will schedule a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost — typically within one business day, sooner for commercial accounts on a nightly rotation.
2. Written scope, flat price
Every program begins with a walkthrough and a written scope. The price is flat — weekly or monthly — and is only adjusted when the scope itself changes in writing. No per-visit surprises, no opaque line items.
3. Supervised every visit
Supervision is built into the price. Every recurring program includes a monthly supervisor audit with ownership. You know who to call, and the person you call has been on the property.
4. W-2 crews, not gig labor
Our crews are W-2 employees. They are trained, insured through our workers’ compensation policy, and covered by commercial general liability coverage that protects your property. You do not need to verify a contractor’s paperwork every visit.
5. Supply parity
Crews arrive with the same product line every visit. Residential programs default to pet-safe, low-VOC formulations unless you request otherwise in writing. Commercial programs follow the product list in your service agreement.
6. If we damage something
Report the damage within 48 hours with photo documentation. The claim goes through our commercial general liability insurer and is handled in accordance with the laws of the state where the service was performed. We do not ask clients to waive recourse.
7. Cancellation
Recurring programs can be paused or cancelled with 14 days’ written notice. There are no long-term lock-in contracts. If a program is not working, we would rather hear it and adjust.
8. Pricing integrity
Recurring program prices are held for the duration of the written agreement. Any adjustment at renewal is communicated at least 30 days in advance with the reason (scope change, scope expansion, or market cost adjustment).

How to make a guarantee claim
Send a short note to fastanfriendlycleaning@gmail.com with: the account name, the visit date, the room or area affected, and a photo if possible. We acknowledge every claim within one business day.
