Scheduling & coverage

  • Where do you operate?

    We were founded in Mundelein, IL and now serve clients across multiple states. Coverage is based on whether we can staff a supervised crew at your location — ask and we will answer plainly.

  • How quickly can you start?

    Most recurring commercial and residential programs start within two weeks of a signed scope. Emergency and post-construction requests can often be staffed same-day or next-day.

  • Do you offer one-time cleans?

    Yes. Deep cleans, move-in / move-out, event and turnover cleans are all priced flat after a walkthrough. You do not need to commit to a recurring plan.

Pricing

  • How is pricing determined?

    Flat pricing after a walkthrough. We look at square footage, finishes, the rooms that matter to you, and cadence — then quote a flat per-visit or monthly number. No per-hour games, no per-visit surprises.

  • Do you charge for the walkthrough?

    No. The walkthrough is free, in-person or over a short video call.

  • Is there a contract?

    No lock-in. Recurring clients are on a rolling month-to-month agreement — cancel any time with reasonable notice.

Crew, supervision, and safety

  • Are your crews employees or subcontractors?

    W-2 employees. We do not subcontract. Crews are trained on our SOPs, supplied with our tools, and insured through our policies.

  • Who supervises the work?

    Every visit has a crew lead. Accounts are audited monthly by the owner or a senior supervisor. Anything that needs to change gets logged and communicated.

  • Are you insured and bonded?

    Yes. We carry commercial general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. We can send a COI to any client or property manager on request.

  • What products do you use?

    We default to professional-grade low-VOC products and can go fully green-sealed on request. For medical and dental, we use hospital-grade disinfectants on high-touch surfaces.

Emergency & special requests

  • Do you offer 24-hour emergency cleaning?

    Yes. We run a 24-hour emergency cleaning line for water events, biohazard, unplanned guests, and next-morning walk-ins. Call options are linked from every page.

  • Can you clean on weekends and holidays?

    Most weekend and holiday coverage is available by appointment. We also run holiday deep-clean passes for recurring commercial accounts.

  • What if something is damaged?

    We report it before we leave. Insured claims are handled through our carrier and we follow up directly with you.
